Returns Policy

Friskee Business complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds.

Please note:

  1. All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Friskee Business.
  2. The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.
  3. In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
  4. When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified we will provide a full refund. 

Friskee Business offers credit returns where the product:

  • Has been damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality. 
  • Is supplied incorrectly.
  • Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
  • Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.

Credits will NOT be given where:

  • The product was NOT purchased from Friskee Business.
  • The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than 12 months old.
