Returns Policy
Friskee Business complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds.
Please note:
- All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Friskee Business.
- The Customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.
- In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.
- When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified we will provide a full refund.
Friskee Business offers credit returns where the product:
- Has been damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality.
- Is supplied incorrectly.
- Has been supplied within 90 days of expiration date.
- Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.
Credits will NOT be given where:
- The product was NOT purchased from Friskee Business.
- The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than 12 months old.
